Marouane Bouhmidi

Originally from Morocco, Chef Marouane Bouhmidi was lured into the culinary world when his passion for this industry and for food was recognized at an early age. Marouane went on to study the culinary arts at the institute of tourism and hotel techniques applied Mohammedia MOROCCO, where he learned to develop his own unique style and flair. He continued with his career at exclusive Sofitel Mogador 5* and le Meridian 5* and many restaurants with chefs Michelins stars… Over the years, Marouane worked under influential leaders of the French culinary profession who helped shape his style and depth of knowledge. After moving to Marrakech, Marouane was appointed Executive Sous Chef of Relais et Chateaux Marrakech with Michelin stars chef prior to his current promotion. Marouane was selected frome thousands of Chefs to represent his country in the Arab world Top Chef TV , and he get The 4th BEST CHEF in world Arabic inside of more than 4500 chefs around the world Marouane also represent his country in BOCUSE D’OR a world cup of gastronomy Marouane culinary philosophy and passion reflects the growing trend towards a healthier and down-to-earth lifestyle. Working with neighboring farmers to seek out the finest in regional and local organic produce, is the essence of his cuisine. Marouane preference is to allow the natural flavors of food to express themselves.
