BOCUSE D'OR EUROPE 2022: FOLLOW THE COMPETITION LIVE!
The Bocuse d'Or Europe starts today in Budapest, Hungary, for 2 days of contest. Seventeen selected chefs and their commis compete in two tests inspired by Hungarian gastronomy! At the end of this competition, the 10 best teams will go to the grand Finale which will take place at Sirha Lyon in January 2023, on the 22nd and 23rd.

Each team will start at regular intervals from 8.40am on 23rd March. The order is as follows:
Each day, the sending of the plates (100% vegetal, highlighting local potato varieties) start at 1.40 pm and the sending of the platters (composed of venison, foie gras, cottage cheese and sour cream) at 2.15 pm, according to the running order.
The Award Ceremony takes place on Thursday 24th March at 6pm.
